General Summary:

Secondary entry-level technology position helping to support a One-to-One program at North Middle School. Provides technical support for building staff in all areas of technology utilization. Maintains local computer network and computer systems. Assists individual faculty members with software and hardware questions. Assists District Technology Facilitators (high school and middle school) with technology troubleshooting as needed.

Essential Functions:

Supports the technology needs of the teaching and administrative staff.
Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network infrastructure problems.
Handles and coordinates the repair and maintenance of building hardware.
Assists Technology team members (all levels) in supporting technology staff training offerings.
Provides support for staff on the use of building technology resources.
Ensure district technology policies and standards are being followed and observed.
Helps to maintain inventory of the District's hardware and software.
Responds to a diverse range of questions about hardware, software, and computer applications affecting education and staff development.
Other duties as directed by the Executive Director of Technology or his/her designee.

Starting Salary: $42,332

Hours: 7am-3:30pm
